My vision is beautiful food, conscious food.

When I graduated high school, I went directly to an Escoffier Chef School. At the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco I trained with Julia Childs and Jacque Pepin. The youngest among the students, I was mentored by many European master chefs and was privileged to do externships at The French Laundry, Fleur De Lys and Chez Panisse. 

My 30 plus years of culinary experience as a restaurant, catering and private chef has afforded me the opportunity to diversify my cooking experience. My classic French Escoffier training has merged with my holistic nutritional Ayurvedic studies inspiring innovative creations. Whether it's for a table of 2 or a large event with several hundred guests, I have extensive experience with the preparation, management, and creation of all manner of gatherings. Regardless of the size, I ensure the ingredients I prepare with are Sustainable, Organic, and NON GMO. I only include meat sourced from farms that raise their livestock with care and love and use ethical practices. I am always attentive and insist on avoiding the use of invasive industrial oils.

I strongly believe the food we eat determines our well-being. When preparing food for my events and clients, one of my main focal points is keeping the body clean and the metabolism balanced. To this end, I incorporate supplements and herbs that promote anti-aging and free radical killers (Nrf2). I also have extensive knowledge and experience cooking with nutrient rich foods that are beneficial for sustaining health, longevity and well-being. Over the years, I have developed a list of hundreds of superfoods that I incorporate in my cuisine. Whether raw, vegan, organic, gluten-free, allergen-sensitive or Ayurvedic, I provide my clients with exceptional nutrition and an unbridled culinary experience. This includes any special accommodations for food allergies and sensitivities, gluten free, vegan, and Keto experiences. 

My passion for exceptional cuisine extends outside of the kitchen as I am always on the lookout for new global ingredients, super foods, probiotics, non-GMOs, unusual grains, spices, tonics, teas and superfood elixirs. I have created seasonal relationships with local farmers. I have learned where produce grows best from different climates, how it’s grown and how the farms are managed. I enjoy browsing through the local markets for wild, unknown and rare ingredients as well as growing my own exotic fruits and vegetables.  

I love what I do and I’m dedicated  to creating an exceptional culinary experience that will elevate the awareness of happiness and wellbeing for my clients, staff and all who may encounter my events.
